Stopped by UmKava today and had honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a kava spot. The place already has a super chill and relaxed vibe, but John really made it even better. He was super friendly and easy to talk to. We ended up having a really good convo that just felt natural, not forced or awkward like some places. He made my drink perfectly (not exaggerating, it was actually so good) and the whole energy he had was calm but also fun at the same time. You can tell he really cares about people having a good experience. Def recommend checking this place out. John made the whole visit feel comfortable and like a spot I’d wanna come back to again.

This spot is amazing!! I didn’t know what Kratom or Kava were until Ciera explained it to me super well and gave me free samples to try!! Not only is the service fantastic, the drinks are so good too! I love the variety of flavors you can mix and max there, this will definitely be my new go to spot at the mall!

Nice shop, good vibes, great drinks. What more can you ask for? They have a large variety of lots of yummy flavors to choose from. Ciara was a sweetheart and so helpful! Would recommend umKAVA to anybody out shopping around the Lakeland mall, whether you're familiar with their products or or just interested.

Ciara (I hope that’s how you spell it) is amazing and her customer service is second to none! I come here every once and while, but she remembers my order each time. She truly cares about her guests. She’s sweet, patient and helpful. I’ve never had any issues here and will continue to come to this location because of the great taste and the great customer service!

I had an awesome experience at UmKava. The atmosphere is super chill and welcoming, with a nice layout and really comfortable seating that makes you want to stay for a while. Cierra, the bartender, was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better. I ordered a white and green (strain) peach/mango flavored kratom drink, and it was definitely strong. I usually drink a lot of kratom, but one large cup was more than enough to feel the effects. I also tried the Lavender/Vanilla Matcha and added Lion’s Mane, and it was incredible. The flavor was smooth and well balanced, honestly one of the best matcha drinks I have had. In overall, everything from the drinks to the service was top notch. UmKava will definitely be my go to place from now on.

Just want to share that UmKava is my go to spot when I am at the square mall in Lakeland FL, Ciara she is very sweet and pleasant all the time which I appreciate. She knows what to recommend for a relaxing time such as Kava,coffees etc...recommend for a chill morning or afternoon.

I went up just for a Kratom and left really happy and found a new place to get my Kratom. Really nice guy I cannot emphasize that enough. I’m not big on kava and all but he did have a good variety of everything. Kratom was nice and strong and flavor was perfect. Definitely recommend. I will be coming back.

What a hidden gem! Stopped by Umkava in the mall and had an amazing experience. The kava was smooth and relaxing, and John was awesome — super knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to walk me through everything since I’m new to kava. You can tell he really cares about what he’s doing. If you’re curious about kava or just want to chill somewhere cool, this is the spot!
